ROYAL MAIL STRIKES - DISRUPTION TO SERVICE
Please be aware that royal mail workers will be striking over the coming weeks. Parcels will be dispatched as normal from our warehouse but there may be delays to delivery times as a result of this. For more information please check here - www.royalmail.com/latest-news
DELIVERY METHODS AND PRICES;
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Preston.
- UK Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days) – £3.95
- UK Express Tracked Delivery (1 Working Day) – £5.95
- Europe: Standard Delivery – £9.95
- Rest of World: Standard Delivery – £14.95
*Please note for next day delivery orders must be placed before 3.30pm Monday - Thursday. If your order is placed on a Friday, items will not be dispatched until the following Monday (next working day.)
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM;
Don't worry our customer service is very good and we track every order. You can see where it is in transit from our depot direct to your door. If you have any concerns just email email@example.com
Please always supply your order number for any queries regarding existing orders.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
We can only accept items returned to us within 14 days from the date your order was received.
OUR EXTENDED GIFTING RETURNS PERIOD
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 01 November 2022 and 24 December 2022 can be returned up until 31 January 2023, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.
All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

To accept the exchange / refund your items must;
- Be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
- Unworn and unwashed.
- Original packaging and tags still attached.
- Returned with reference to original order number and if exchange or refund is preferred.
Please check any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.
All returns/exchanges are paid for by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Brands For Nothing.
If you receive a faulty item please return it to us within 30 days’ of receipt. Please remember to get in touch with our Customer Service team prior to returning.
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. Once processed funds will be returned via the same payment method that was used at checkout. This can take 2-3 working days to show on your balance, if paid by debit / credit card.
